Register books have gold foil stamped on burgundy or ivory padded leatherette covers. The interior pages are ivory with burgundy print. The Service Record and Acknowledgment are ivory with burgundy print. The acknowledgment card has “Thank You" imprinted on the front cover and “The family of..acknowledges with grateful appreciation your kind expression of sympathy" imprinted on page 3. The jumbo service record has “In Loving Memory" imprinted on the front cover and “23rd Psalm" imprinted on page 2. The micro-perforated service records have “In Loving Memory" imprinted on front cover and are blank on the inside.
