Fully OSHA compliant plumbed device. Includes ANSI-compliant identification sign. Constructed from 1.25" IPS hot-dipped galvanized steel with 9" cast aluminum floor flange. Water supply is 1-1/4" IPS female top or side inlet; waste is 1-1/4" IPS female outlet. Shower head is 10" safety orange, ABS plastic. Shower valve is 1" IPS chrome-plated brass stay-open bail valve with stainless steel actuating arm and stainless steel pull rod. Outlet head assembly is two spray heads mounted on chrome plated brass supply arms. Bowl is 11-1/2" safety orange ABS plastic. Eye wash valve is 1/2" IPS chrome plated brass stay-open wall valve with epoxy-coated cast auminum flag handle. Includes complete assembly and installation instructions. Overall Height: 7-1/2’. 1/ea.
