GENERAL RETURN GUIDELINES
Please contact Kelco's Customer Service Team at 1-800-328-7720 to make arrangements for all returns. Products must be returned in good, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Damaged products must be reported within 7 business days from the date of delivery. Custom or personalized orders are NOT returnable. Selected other items such as embalming machines are also NOT returnable, but if needed, may be repaired at the discretion of the manufacturer.
Stock Product Return Policy
For items that ship from the Kelco warehouse, a Return Authorization # and Call-Tag will be issued if an item is defective, damaged, or was shipped in error. We will exchange the product or issue a credit when returned within 30 days of receipt of product. A Return Authorization # must be issued for Kelco products you wish to return that are NOT defective or damaged. All returns of this nature must be made within 30 days of date of delivery to avoid a restocking fee. Once the product is returned to Kelco, you will receive credit for the items returned, minus any shipping charges. After 30 days from the receipt of the product(s), you are responsible for the return shipping costs and will incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. No Stock-Product returns will be accepted after 6 months from date of purchase.
Non-Stock Return Policy
To return product that is sent directly to you from the foundry, please notify Kelco within 7 days of receipt so we can obtain return authorization approval from the foundry. If the return is approved by the foundry, credit will be issued once the product is received. For returns other than for defects, damages, or shipping errors, foundry restocking fees and shipping charges will be deducted from your credit. Most foundries require returns within 30 days of delivery in order to be considered for credit.
