PMRC - Standard Restoration Pallets with Activator & Brush Kit

Used as a universal makeup coverage that replaces all oil and water based makeup cosmetic foundations. Goes on wet when sprayed with Activator and dries in less than one minute, will not rub off or smear when dry. This kit comes with both main color pallets for light & dark pigmented skin tones. It includes a bottle of Activator to activate your color pallets for proper use and a medium Pixelation brush. Individual color replacements and brushes are available.
